Russ, (retired Local Government Officer with Wrexham Borough Council) passed away peacefully on 28th November 2020 aged 90 years.
Dearly loved husband of Doris. Loving father of Steve and Lesley and father-in-law of Siân and Adrian. Dear grandad of Amy, Mark, Jack and Ffion.
